Hardware if relevant i7-9700k, rog stric 2080supa, and it was also working 100% a ok last time i used it a couple months back

Heya, display was upside down in the headset but working correctly in the monitor. 

Was trying fixes i found through the forums, updated all drivers, reset viveport etc...

Now nvidia control panel won't even detect the headset in physx, headset shows a static stary screen...

Nfi what's going on but I'm not the most tech savvy and it's doing my head in proper...
