Hi
we started the getting started tutorial for Vive Focus development with Unreal Engine.
After pressing the Launch button the building process starts but after a while gets stuck and nothing more happens. UE Editors message "buidling...." keeps running
a SD card is installed, we are using UE 4.26.2.
From within the headset we can see that someting has been installed on the sd card under "settings, uninstall"

What's the spec of your PC? or get me a dxdiag report to see if I can figure something out
Sorry to have bothered you. we tried a 6th cable and now it works fine all of a sudden. Are there any specific characteristics a cable has to have in order for it to work with the VIVE Focus?

Here's the dxdiag report. I don't think the problem is on my PC, I've also tried it with other PCs.

Did u see anything from the device manager?
You mean the windows device manager? No, it doesn't show up there either. Where exactly in the device manager would it show? Neither does it show in the explorer under "This Computer" where connected USB devices are ususlly shown.

So I have a VIVE Focus 3 and I wanted to develop an app using the Wave SDK for Unreal. The problem is, that when I plug in the VIVE into my PC, my PC doesn't recognize it.
What I've tried:- Turning on "USB Compatibility Mode"
- Using different USB cables
- Using different USB ports
- Using different Computers
Is this a common issue? How do I solve it?
PS: Using other standalone VR headsets like the Pico Neo 3 or the Oculus Quest works just fine.

we have a similair problem with the device management system. our updated version of the apk is stuck as "processing" since the day before yesterday. downloading from within the HMD still installs the old version.
This is hugeley important to us. Our client is waiting for the new version.
Will deleting and reuploading the whole project fix this?
Is there another way to contact support??
