    FIXED!

Fabulous news! I have figured out definitely what is going on.

After reviewing Viveport logs, the problem is the client "Your computer" connecting out to the server computers. I know you might be playing games you think are downloaded into your computer but that is not the case entirely

READ MORE BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT POSTING THIS IS THE FIX...

You are probably running a VPN for windows 10 or some firewall. Turn off all Firewalls and VPNs or any other software you use to hide your IP etc. After that will fix some games now how to fix the rest you have to turn off all ANTIVIRUS OR VIRUS PROTECTION SOFTWARE ALL.

    WHAT HAPPENED TO ME...

I too was getting the blue screen of death right when I clicked on a game to play. Some Vr games would even load but not let me connect to the room. Simply giving a connection error about logging in. This will also fix games that won't allow you to play online. These games might just send you back to the lobby because you are using a VPN or program that hides your IP games like "Pavlov" After days of reading posts and checking USB ports (that was not the problem) the above fixes all my issues and it will fix most or all your issues as well.

    Hope this helps

    GOD BLESS!

This is some brief and helpful information, thanks for sharing this here.

Thanks for the heads-up, I wasn't aware of this. Does this override whatever SS settings you have chosen via SteamVR's (or the in-game) SS settings? Isn't this more like the VivePro Eye's foveated rendering?  Have you seen any improvements in graphics fidelity or frame boosts? I don't have any games which has VRSS support to compare.

Set it on for Global settings.

Hi Rockjaw. I own and manage a VR business in Brazil and I have the same problem. We also have a branch in Orlando and always export tech stuff to Brazil to ressel there. We receive at least one order per day but can't go further cause it becomes too expensive buying as a customer here in the US and export to Brazil paying all the fees they have. It would be great to became a resseler in the US and export formally to Brazil with a lower price. A punch in the smuggler's face.

Or became a vpn reseller in Brazil and US.

    Thank you.

I'd appreciate additional information on how to become a VIVE reseller in Brazil, as well.

I don’t know why, but vive on Mac takes me longer to load than on Windows. I don't even know what it has to do with it.

I'm new to all of this and am looking for a reliable resource on how to get started. Is it just me, or does it appear that VIVE is uninterested in MACs?

  5. People buy CUSTOM BUILDS or MAKE THEIR OWN because it's cheaper and better, and you know the parts inside aren't garbage. You'd never catch a true PC owner or GAMER with a dell or hp product... that's why people buy CUSTOM BUILDS or MAKE THEIR OWN because it's cheaper and better, and you know the parts inside aren't garbage.

I have a Vive Pro 2 running on my Mac Pro 2019 (which I actually killed while reinstalling windows again and again thru Bootcamp :-D).

You got any idea how to solve the problem? Or do you think it isn't possible to make it work with an mac pro and bootcamp Windows?

    This can work.
