[unable to install Vive Business streaming]

I don't know if Vive Business streaming is fully installed, but I found RRconsole.exe and when i tried to connect with my Vive focus 3, I got error 340 in computer and 931 in headset. that tell me Vive Business streaming driver can't be found

I have big problem during Vive Business streaming installation. the install can't finish cause it say that Vive Business streaming processes are running but I have nothing on my task manager. I don't know what to do to resolve my problem, do you have some advice ?
