Hi, it's a technical matter you have to contact with the lock maker who can fix this issue, I recently took Locksmith Services in Tampa regarding locks issue and they provide me best services. So make sure first the ability of locksmith who can fixes that type of issues.

There will be different options are available for you if the payment gateways not work for you, sometime the payment authorization failed due to lack of security concern of the specific payment transaction. So it is depend on you which payment gateways work for you.

So it is depend on you to choose the best one which will be helps you. Sometime when you hire a less experience locksmith he can't able to fix their issues. So choose it according his experience.
