I am trying to set up my Vive cosmos, when I launch the VivePort desktop app and login in it gives me an internet error and says to try checking my connections.  I am running a Dell OptiPlex 5090, specifically ordered for my classroom for the VR system and CAD.  This is the only app I have installed so far on this device.  I use the computer daily to display for my lessons and the internet works just fine (ethernet).  I asked the IT department to "open" Vive through the content blocker, and still no luck.
