  1. Hi Folks,

My email address is a .us address.  If I try to report an issue I'm told my email address is invalid.

FYI, the issue I'm having is that after copying files from a USB key to Downloads using the Storage Manager I am unable to see the files in Downloads in Viveport Video until I completely reboot.  Exiting the app is not enough.  Is there another method to reload an app?

  2. Is there a preferred method to keep the unit from going to sleep while I"m copying a file to it from Windows?  Or a timeout in the power settings somewhere?

I'm trying to copy a 15 GB file.  I have a USB 3.2 2x2 Type-C on my motherboard (Aorus Master X670E), plugged into the battery pack of the XR Elite.

In under 3 minutes the headset shuts down and the copy fails.  Then I have to put it on again where it says 'boundary lost' and I have to run through that configuration again.

Why does it take so long to copy a 15GB file over a 20Gbps connection?

  3. No luck.  I did have to press and hold my power button. It was locked up hard.

System and application logs shows these events just prior to crash.  The system has a 32GB static pagefile with plenty of free space.

  4. Hi folks, I'd be happy to collect some logs if it will help you determine why RRServer.exe appears to have a memory leak?

Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: RRServer.exe (22080) consumed 53952454656 bytes, bdservicehost.exe (2576) consumed 854364160 bytes, and OUTLOOK.EXE (22592) consumed 338173952 bytes.
