Headset HMD blowing out

The past few days my Vive right eye has been flickering alot when i start it up, sometimes it will comepletly blow out and make that eye or even both eyes black (turned off), if it does stay on after that it doesn't have any problems after anyone have any ideas ?

I have had this once while playing with SuperSampling settings, anything

over 2.5 started flicker in the right screen.

check your SS seting in SteamVR settings >developer

My SS is 1.0 (default) :/

 

EDIT: Just tried again, my right eye is hurting pretty bad from it

 

It seems to be the wires on top, if i jiggle them a little bit the hmd will do it's thing where it flashes, blacks out, etc... really hoping i don't have to RMA this thing, i literally just got it as a big gift for a congradulations.

It may just be the 3-in-1 cable. Can you try using a different HDMI cable to test it?

Did you know that there is a little plastic cover where the wires go into the HMD and you can take that cover off and make sure they are plugged in good?
