Base Station is offset when looking at it in VR

I had one of my base stations repaired a couple of months ago and everything was fine.  Recently the movement has been jittery and it loses my headset where the screen goes gray very often, even when I'm looking directly at the base station.

 

Currently in the B/C configuration.  I've done the room config several times.  

 

Can't find any topics on this so any assistance would be much appreciated!  Thanks
