AltRN8 Posted June 18, 2017 Posted June 18, 2017 I purchased Whirligig today and it will not complete downloading. It gets to 71-75% and then complains of an internal error. I've logged out and back in, reboot my computer, etc. and no change. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Downloading Whirligig hits an unusual 'edge case' in our download process and so we are building up a solution for that now. Thanks for your patience while we get the solution online. We will post back here as soon as we have any news.

This issue should be resolved now, however you will need to complete these steps to successfully restart the download: 1. Cancel the existing download (completely cancel, not just 'pause') 2. Change to a different tab in the Vive program e.g. change to "settings" (or you can reboot your computer) 3. When [1] and [2] are done, you can go back to the 'Library' tab and start the download again. Please could you try it and let us know how you get on? Apologies again for the inconvenience.
