Buried-Egg Posted April 2, 2023 Share Posted April 2, 2023 Is it just me or is the FOV absolutely terrible on this headset? There are popup messages in the lower portion of the headset (like the "press twice for passthrough" msg) that are below the actual viewable area so I CAN'T even read them! Seriously, why would they put the 'in-headset' messages out of the actual viewable field? Has anybody found a way to enlarge the FOV? Maybe get the lenses closer to the eyes? I've tried fabricating a face-plate with a smaller shroud but it just isn't working out. I currently feel like I'm looking through a peep-hole. This is unusable. Any suggestions? I personally don't have that issue and can see pretty well all the messages and icons presented to me, but I do also feel the tunnel vision effect.
