I'm having trouble 'calibrating' my headset using Space Calibrator.

When I 'calibrate' my XR Elite by aligning it with the Base Station using the Space Calibrator, the position is always out of sync. The central axis of the coordinates captured by Space Calibrator and the central axis of XR Elite coordinates are different. So if I stand in place and spin my body round and round without moving the controller, the controller goes forward and back and repeats. Imagine a child transform being affected by a parent transform. This problem occurs every time, and even if Offset is set, accurate results are not guaranteed. I am currently not using the XR Elite because of this issue.
Is there any way to solve this problem? I currently have Index Controllers, 3 Vive Trackers, and 5 Tundra Trackers. And I have 4 Base Station 2.0.
