Unable to write data file onto ViveXR Elite drive.

Could really use some help with this. I'm developing a simple proof of concept prototype where I'm adding the Vector3 position of each controller each frame into a list that is then saved into a .csv (one csv for each controller) after 3 balls have been touched. My script creates a folder on the drive called "HandData" which is successfully created each run under This PC\VIVE XR Series\Internal shared storage\Android\data\com.DefaultCompany.TestApp\files, but the csv files are never saved. I've tried looking into the permissions but everything seems to check out so I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'm happy to share my scripts and project settings if needed!
