Morph Posted July 1, 2017 Share Posted July 1, 2017 I had a hole in the right lens when I first received my vive but needed the device for development projects and due to the vive being shipped with delays and stock issues I decided to keep it. I recently sent emails for information on getting repairs or replacements for this issue but the email system is terrible. I replied again to send in the serial codes etc, numerous other replies that were never answered and now all correspondence has vanished other than HTCs initial reply. This and the difficulty accessing any replies due to the entire system of communication with HTC being so fragmented its hard to figure where to go to view prior correspondence. Im hoping to get some answers here instead. How do I get a replacement lens or a repair of one? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
