Hello,

I just got the headset, and I am having trouble updating the version of my Vive XR Elite. The version Stuck on 1.0.999.250 and it says there are no updates.

 

When I go into the settings and press check now, it says "Your system is already up to date".

I enabled the use network-provided time, still the same.

I tried to update using the Vive manager app as well. It says there are no updates as well.

 

Can someone please help me out on how to update the headset?

Hello,

 

Just an update, when I boot up the headset today it prompted me to update.

Looks like we are all good now! 😅
