Unable to get a status on controller repair ticket

What do you have to do around here to get a simple status on a repair order? I'm going on 4 weeks now; I've chatted, I've emailed (no phone# is ever provided of course), and all I've gotten so far are a few infequent email responses that say, we're sorry to inform you that your repair order status is (wait for it)... that there is no status. It's EXTREMELY frustrating because I'm left to conclude that either the customer service agents are negligent, or their supervisors aren't providing the information and tools they need to do their jobs effectively.

I'm beyond done with HTC at this point, and my next step after hitting up this forum is to file a BBB complaint, or even possibly contact the Texas Attorney General's office where the repair center resides.
