"unstable network" How do I make it stable?

So, for the longest time I've always been getting 'unstable network' warnings, even when the XR Elite and Vive Hub was otherwise functional. 

My ethernet is a motherboard mounted ethernet (Realtek RTL8125) and I have a Wifi 6E router (Netgear raxe300) with my XR Elite connecting to the 6 GHZ channel. 

When I'm using my XR Elite with Vive Hub, the only thing using my wifi at the time is the XR Elite and it also then has line of sight.

I'd expect my network conditions to be completely ideal but somehow I have lots of problems, what could I be doing wrong?
