TepidWanderer Posted October 14, 2017 Share Posted October 14, 2017 Hi, I've recently bought the Vive, but when trying to redeem my content bundle at www.vive.com/code I get the following message: Code "[REDACTED]" is invalid, Please check your code and try again. When I try directly in the Vive app I get: The code you entered doesn't seem to be quite right. please try again. My Vive is new and I an certain I've been typing in the code right. I have tried on multiple Windows 10 PCs using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, with all browser settings cleared and both logged in and not logged in.
