So there was this other code redeeming place that I found while scrolling around on the fourms. It was not for vive.com/code, but for one where it showed me my games I was getting with the code and already had some numberes that matched the ones on the recipt. If you bought the Vive used, that means that there is a likelihood that the seller will no longer use their Viveport account and might be able to transfer it over to you for your benefit. Per the second question, I'm not sure which page you're referring to. Vive.com/code (and our regional variants) are the only code redemption mechanism we have for these specific types of promo codes.
