123kde Posted January 30, 2018 Share Posted January 30, 2018 So, i got my vive about a month ago, and the issue is transient, but ive definitely had it since i got the system. one of the controllers trackpads has the button broken underneath its right side. when i try to click down on it, it feels like it wont move and the click is not registered in the game. i have never dropped or knocked the controller on anything. is there any way i could be sent a replacement, and send this one back? thank you. We don't do exchanges past 14 days, but it should be covered under warranty.
