Blaazouille Posted February 5, 2018 Share Posted February 5, 2018 Hello, I sent back my vive for an issue with a plastic part used for eye distance (moving the node on side). On the right side, an inside plastic part broke when I changed the distance view. CTDI want to charge me for this, but EU legislation is pretty clear on things like this. Using my vive during 7 month correctly to see something like this happen must be covered by warranty. They want to charge me 83€ or 45€ if I don't take the repair. What kind of service is that ? I tried to tell them, but they don't want to hear anything (chat support). Any idea how to handle that ?
