Base station warranty repair help

My device was received by the repair center on March 13th. I have contacted the chat support multiple times. Last week I was told that my device would be sent back by Monday at the latest. 


Now, they are telling me they have escalated the case and VIVE support has not received an update from the repair center. What is going on? I have not spoken to anyone that could tell me about the status of my base station repair. 


From reading through this thread, I know I haven't been waiting the longest, but it is past the 10-12 business day turnaround time. Can someone help me on this?
