RMA is MIA

I am a high school tech teacher and my students and I have been building Vive based VR sets for schools in our board.  Our only parts failure so far has been a sensor brick that stopped functioning.  We requested repair on January 25th, it was received on February 13th 'in repair':

It's now April 4th.  I'm being asked to send this set out to a school but I'm unable and have no idea what the status of this unit is.  We purchased these Vives from Microsoft Canada and they are enterprise editions that cost near $1500CAN.  I'm disappointed with the level of service considering we went the expensive 'enterprise' route.

Can anyone reading this resolve our broken brick and get it back to us ASAP?

Thanks,

Tim King
