FalconTech
I am a high school tech teacher and my students and I have been building Vive based VR sets for schools in our board. Our only parts failure so far has been a sensor brick that stopped functioning. We requested repair on January 25th, it was received on February 13th 'in repair': It's now April 4th. I'm being asked to send this set out to a school but I'm unable and have no idea what the status of this unit is. We purchased these Vives from Microsoft Canada and they are enterprise editions that cost near $1500CAN. I'm disappointed with the level of service considering we went the expensive 'enterprise' route. Can anyone reading this resolve our broken brick and get it back to us ASAP?
