Error 108 HTC vive

I have bought a new computer and have the 108 error. I tried many solutions from what I have found on internet without success, this includes:

- Unstalling/reinstalling driver

- Changing USB port

- Pluging in directly the HDMI and USB from the vive to the PC

- Unpluging the cables from the headset and repluging in

- restarting computer

Can you help me?

Are you getting a light on the HMD? Did it work previously on an older computer? If so, does it still work on the old computer? Have you tried bypassing the 3-in-1 with another (known good) HDMI and USB cable to isolate the HMD or the 3-in-1?
