I recently had to send my HMD to the US for repairs, and although my postal tracking says that it was delivered to the repair center on April 30th, the repair tracker still says that it has not yet been received. I'm not sure if this is normal, but even though I sent it to the facility in Flower Mound, Texas with the zip code 75028, my tracking says it was delivered into adjacent zip code 75022.
