Possible future display for vr?

I was watching a video from samsung where they showed prototypes of  vr display's

even with 1200 ppi , I saw a picture on the internet the difference between the first vive and the samsung 858 ppi, 2024 X 2200 display what has a very big difference https://imgur.com/a/yh4aP#puBoHsb and a video wil these kind or similar displays be in the upcoming vive? Also this video
