Kick Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 So I messed up and used the battery right away and drained it, now i've been charging it for the last few hours and it doesn't seem to be charging, it will just blink green.
Teaweasel Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 Same thing here, if you get it working let me know how.
Teaweasel Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 nevermind.. just charge it to completely full and it will start working

HackPerception Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 , What type of DC output are you using? Your power supply may not be supplying enough current.
dlarge Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 Hi David. What HTC AC adapter would you recommend to use to charge the power bank? It looks like the one that came with the controller doesn't supply enough amperage to charge in a reasonable time.
HackPerception Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 , the battery that's supplied with the adapter is QuickCharge 3.0 compatible so any QC 3.0 compatible charger will provide the fastest charge that's supported by that specific battery pack. You don't need a QC charger, it just makes the recharge speed quicker. The controllers ship with a 200mA chargers because they don't need much current, if you have a USB 3.0 port on your system it will be able to supply upto 900mA and charge much faster. You'll likely find that your existing smartphone chargers around your house will be in the 1-2 amp range and will be even faster still.
dlarge Posted September 26, 2018 Posted September 26, 2018 Thanks David, this is great info. I have a QC 3.0 charger from another source so I'll use that.
petrofsilvers Posted October 7, 2018 Posted October 7, 2018 I find that the battery lasts about 1hr 45 min. on a charge playing hardcore Raw Data. Recharge time seems to be maybe 6 hrs.
