Vive contact support is **bleep**ing annoying

I'm just gonna make this short.

I asked for repairment mail: didn't get it.. the next day I did it again: got my mail but they didn't follow up after I sent details about address.. 2 days went and I tried again: he said he would send the follow-up mail and that I would get the mail at 6 pm the same day... but guess what, it's been 1 day and I haven't got it yet.

For **bleep** sake, if I buy a product from you for 700€ there better be at least decent support that do what they say
