Charles1
So I accidently banged my controllers together during a play session, and one of the controllers stopped tracking properly. Just to be clear, the computer still picks up the controller, it's just that it isn't tracked as soon as I unplug it from the computer by the base stations. When I unplug it from the computer the Steam Vr controller icon starts blinking and says that while it's detected it isn't tracked. Any help would be appreciated. HackPerception
, Does it actually track when it's plugged in or is SteamVR just reporting a solid green icon? It's likely that a flex cable that connects the sensor array to the mainboard has become dislodged or the sensor array itself was damaged from the shock. You'd likely need to service the controller. The fastest way to do so it so set up an RMA repair via the live chat option for you region. In the US that link is - https://www.vive.com/us/support/contactus/. Avoid using the email form on that page for fastest service.
