Controller not tracking

So I accidently banged my controllers together during a play session, and one of the controllers stopped tracking properly. Just to be clear, the computer still picks up the controller, it's just that it isn't tracked as soon as I unplug it from the computer by the base stations. When I unplug it from the computer the Steam Vr controller icon starts blinking and says that while it's detected it isn't tracked. 

Any help would be appreciated.

It's likely that a flex cable that connects the sensor array to the mainboard has become dislodged or the sensor array itself was damaged from the shock. You'd likely need to service the controller.
