How long does it usually take to get a reply for a support ticket regarding failed hardware?

 

Can't say I'm a happy bunny. Steam support answered within 24 hours and were very helpful and now I wait for HTC support to reply.

, which channel are you using? The "email us" form on the contact page? Please let me know which route you used to generate your ticket and which region you're in so I can work to understand what happened. 

 

In any case, I'm sending you an email address for an escalated support team that can help you out. Generally speaking for failed hardware, the fastest way to get an RMA processed is via the LiveChat option rather than a support ticket.
