HomesliceMain Posted January 13, 2019 Share Posted January 13, 2019 After only using my HTC Vive a few times the usb part of my 3 in 1 cable stopped working. Everytime I plug it in my computer prompts me with "The last usb device plugged in has malfunctioned and doesn't recognize the device" I've tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it and nothing happens, but when I plug in a different usb cable into the headset it works perfectly.
