Just did a firmware update on base stations, one wont power on, the other is working fine.

I updated the firmware on the controllers, the headset, and the base stations, and everything took fine, after the reboot everything came up except one base station, it will not power on now.  I've changed the power cables to no avail.  everything else is working except for one base station.  Granted I now have poor tracking, is there a fix, or a way to reset to a factory default, etc. on the base station in question?
