Falco089 Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 I have send in one of my controllers for a trigger repair. the trigger was making a terrible squeeking sound . so i asked them if they could lubricate or replace the trigger, after having to wait a week because UPS sorted my package wrong twice (not htc's fault ofcourse) they finally recieved it and they did repair something... just not the right part. instead of them fixing my trigger they replaced the trackpad, but the trackpad feels loose now so not only did they fix the wrong part they did a bad job at repairing it. i was wondering if i should even send back my controllers (since both of them have squeeking triggers and 1 lose trackpad now) because if i send them back they might as well not get repaired...
