Adding more that 2 bases for iRacing

Is there any advantage to adding more bases ?
I use my Pro for sim racing only.
Still trying to get headset adjusted, but I'm noticing that I have to move the headst zoom in & out quite a bit.

 - they extend your tracking volume while also decreasing the chance of occlusion resulting in you loosing tracking on the HMD or motion controllers. It would be overkill for a seated experience and not worth the ~$300 investment given that it won't dramatically improve your seated UX. You're better off optimizing the placement of your two current stations to match the layout of your racing sim. You really only need to worry about the station placement if your current placements are resulting in the HMD losing tracking (flashing grey screen). You can only add additional stations if you're on 2.0 tracking - you cannot array 1.0 stations.
