HackPerception Posted July 10, 2019 Share Posted July 10, 2019 , Usually we'd recommend a GTX1070 for laptops for Pro, this is an edge case because it would appear that that laptop has a full GTX1060 and not a MAX-Q edition (MAX-Q is weaker). It has native MiniDisplayport support you'll require which is good (use this cable). There's a good shot that this will boot a Vive Pro but you may need to undersample in order to achieve framerate simply because Laptops have thermal constraints which make their perf not equivalent to desktop architecture.
