Shadowmoo Posted July 14, 2019 Posted July 14, 2019 I bought this system 3 days ago and already a base station is broken. I heard a loud whirring when I plugged in a sync cable and now it flashes this error.
Shadowmoo Posted July 14, 2019 Author Posted July 14, 2019 Vive support is completely inept. J. told me there was little he could do and I should contact Amazon. Amazon then instantly setup shipment for a brand new system next day delivery. One of these things is not like the other.
