After connecting WiGig Adapter my computer does not work - Code 94

I try to make the WiGig Adapter work, but when I insert the board - the computer turns on, but only the black screen is displayed on the monitor. The indicator on the motherboard shows the code 94.

 

I also tried this solution several times, but the problem persisted:

My system: Windows 10 Pro, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950

 

I read on the forums that there are problems with AMD processors and I could not find a solution to this problem. Is there any chance that this equipment will work on my computer?
