Non, il n'est pas possible de changer la fréquence, ni avec fpsvr, ni avec un autre outil.

No, Vive HMDs operate at a fixed FPS of 90hz and that rate can't be changed. We believe that 90hz is the minimum standard for a smooth VR experience and that's our target on desktop.  The closest thing you can do is use "legacy reprojection" mode - it will render the content out at 45fps are use reprojection to display those 45 frames as an interpolated 90.
