HTC screwed up on this, I was given a code for free by a friend, and only got 1 item 6 months member... HTC said we need the BOX serial and more, my friends doesn't have that... and he doesn't want to share his headset id number with me. Apparently you contact them give them some serial numbers and more and they'll resolve it... i can't get mine resolved because HTC wont help me without the codes! from the headset or box..
