vive cosmos pro errror 201

this error pisses me off imy if my headset get unpluged i will have to fight error 201 or the please connect to a 2.0 usb it all bs because sometimes it workers and when i does i works fine its once vive console transfers controle to steam every thing is fine pls for the love of good i spent  900$ on a headset that works half the time i had a occulus rift before this and never had theis errors i have it connected to my graphics card a gtx 1060 and a blue usb that are updated to most recent i cheacked i cant stand theis fucking bugs why cant i just start it up with only steam so i dont have to use this buggy console that says shits wack when steam say its fine
