Just curious about what have you done to address this issue?
-
Try to find lighthouse_console.exe Steam\steamapps\common\SteamVR\tools\lighthouse\bin\win32.
Use this executable to unpair your controllers.

Do you have AMD CPUs on both computers? If so, try your wireless adapter and see the result.

Does a rebooting make your error go away?
If not, try uninstalling VIVE Wireless, rebooting PC and reinstalling VIVE Wireless.
Ensure the cable between wireless link box and PCIe card is well connnected.

See step 4.

Same for me. I did not realize until i google it.

Have you tried move the vive wireless about page to the center of your monitor? you will see "
Update Now" button. -
wrote:Yes! Only after updating the application and firmware. The only way to make it work again is booting the computer.Sometimes it happens while using the vive.
So when you said sometimes it happens while using the vive, does that mean after rebooting the computer and you got it working, but the error code returns after a certain time?

Just found this. Setting vrcompositor and vrserver priority high in task manager reduce pixilation and stutter issue. Hope this will help.

I am on 1600X with Asrock X370 mobo (VIVE Pro + Wireless Adapter) GPU is Nvidia 1080.
I am able to use my wireless for few hours without seeing BSOD or freeze. (BeatSaber and the lab)
I have my wigigcard installed in 1X slot.
I am not using any OC tool like Ryzen Master so I would assume I am on creator mode. It is strange gaming mode works for some bros but graysame has problem as he got BSOD when he swapped to gaming mode.

You can also reinstall the bluetooth driver.
Go to Windows Device Manager and uninstall the Bluetooth device BCM2045A0.
You will see a Bluetooth device warning after a relaunch of SteamVR, click the the warning to install the Bluetooth driver.

Dear Uri,
In your case, if your camera is working on Win7, then this indicates yuour hardware(camera) is fine.
We have been hearing several users are having USB driver problem with Win10 1803 version.
Would it be possible if you can roll back to previous version of Win 10 and give it a test?
Thanks.

Dear Uri,
So basically your VIVE Pro is working but UI (everything) is grey out in USB settings except Bluetooth. Am i correct?
Thanks.

Hi all,

Valve has released a new SteamVR firmware on May 21st; and this may address your unable to update FW problem.
-Connect your tracker to your PC via USB
-Select and right click the tracker icon in steamVR status window and select firmware update
The SteamVR Beta has been updated with the following changes.
Vive Pro HMD, Controller, and Tracker 2.0 firmware:- Support for all SteamVR Tracking 2.0 base station channels
- Better error reporting when multiple 2.0 base stations are on the same channel
- Fixed an issue where the trigger value on some controllers will not return to 0
-
Try restart your PC and see if you can install the VIVE.
