Allow FPS Preference option for Vive Cosmos Elite

Good day. Can you please make the FPS Preference option available for the Vive Cosmos Elite headset. (I can confirm that it works with this headset. The Vive console misidentified my headset and I played with this option for about 4 hours) Thank you.
