I just finished doing a fresh install of windows and reinstalling all my drivers, and steam. That worked, but like you said, I am afraid it will stop working again after I reinstall all my applications I use.

I have the lastest Nvidia drivers (416.16) and have already uninstalled SteamVR and all the vive driver and software and reinstalled them. Tonight I may just try a fresh install of Windows 10.

I am having this same exact problem. I really don't want to have to do a fresh install of windows, but I have tried everything else I can think of to get this to work. I have a Vive Pro on windows 10, it works fine with out using the Vive wireless, but when pair with the wireless all I get is headset not found.
