  1. Were you able to get the updated vbios from MSI? In the meantime, you can roll back to the older NVIDIA driver version 417.xx which should work until you are able to update the bios.
  2. You'll need a miniDP to miniDP cable. There are no HMDI adapters or active converters that will work. But in the case above, it's related to the MSI vbios update.
  3. In my experience, Best Buy typically does not have this cable in store. Your best bet is probably to order from Amazon.
  4. @Kay2029 Congrats on your awesome gift! This miniDP cable will 100% work with your new Vive Pro: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0777RKTJB/ref=twister_B077GCMQXJ You will need a miniDP to miniDP cable to connect the Vive Pro to your laptop. HDMI cables or adapters will not work with Vive Pro. Let us know if you have any other questions.
  5. @KDM I sent you a direct message and would like to know more about your application. Thanks.
  6. @keller Have you tried the solutions here: Please check out that troubleshooting guide and let us know if you are continuing to experience the issue. Thanks.
  7. Please see the complete release notes and the latest downloads for the SRanipal SDK here (requires login): https://hub.vive.com/en-US/profile/material-download
  8. The Plevr player on Steam was unofficial and is currently unsupported by the developer. I'll reach out to Plex to check on official support for Vive.
  9. The early access (beta) SDKs for Vive SRWorks and Vive 3DSP and Vive Pro Audio Mode are available for download here: http://developer.vive.com/resources Notes: Vive SRWorks SDK - https://developer.vive.com/resources/knowledgebase/vive-srworks-sdk/ Vive 3DSP SDK - https://developer.vive.com/resources/knowledgebase/vive-3dsp-sdk-2/ Vive Pro Audio Mode - https://developer.vive.com/resources/knowledgebase/vive-audio-sdks/
  10. It sounds like the culprit is the HDMI portion of the 3 in 1 cable. It may need to be replaced.
  11. wrote: Do you know how long it takes the headset to go into standby mode? I've noticed when I put my controllers and headset down and walk away, sometimes after a few minutes it will be deactivated in SteamVR. Usually mess's up my tracking and I restart steamvr.
