St. Pinkie

I have been trying to get Vive Business Streaming running on my Vive Focus Plus but despite reinstalling, updating and a factory reset of the headset, launching the app leads to a blank screen and then goes back to the Vive Home. I do not see the streaming PC selector. Is there a fix I need? My Focus Plus appears to be on the latest software update, the interface says no updates available for the headset.
