I am currently on the latest firmware version and everything was going great on Vive Business+ getting headsets enrolled and creating a batch config. I havent created a map yet because I am still marking the floors. When I pushed the batch config all my headsets have a blue screen now and I can see anything but blue. If I restart it just goes to a blue void. I can hear the lobby sounds but nothing I do seems to get unstuck. I have tried to remove the batch config but that didnt do anything. I know my headsets dont have a map but I cant seem to do anything with my headsets. Anyone have any suggestions?
