  1. As of now, when VIRTUAL DESKTOP is not released, use ALVR. ALVR is superior in every aspect to VIVE STREAMING HUB.
  2. Streaming playback is currently not possible except for META devices. For normal playback, you must first download the video. After downloading in *.webm format 1. Copy inside the device and play with VIVEPORT VIDEO. (It has been updated, but there are still frame drops.) 2. By connecting with PC Play using skybox (lift, steam), hereSPhere, etc. There are two ways.
  3. When connecting to a PC, there is no problem anyway. With Revive I can use the skybox and everything works out. The problem is when I and We use it as a standalone type. Again, convenience, network connectivity, etc. aside, the Vive Port video is unusable. Especially the frame drops.
  4. I've been using it for over a week and overall I'm satisfied. I used the battery cradle once and put it away, and I'm only using it in glasses mode. Please try skybox once and release a video player with similar usability. This is absolutely necessary. The Vibe video player, which can't adjust the screen, has poor audio codec compatibility, drops video frames in half, and doesn't even support SMB, is really terrible. Don't tell us to write this. In addition, it should be improved so that the user can freely change the viewpoint of the screen so that the user can use it while lying down, and it must be operated only by hand tracking. PS: how nice it would be if skybox was released on viveport......
  5. I leave my actual use experience. 1. PCVR wired streaming connection and power supply available in glasses mode. When using the USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C Port on the back of the X670E motherboard. ※ A separate USB hub is not required. 2. 18W GaN charger direct connection available. 3. Powerbank battery direct connection available. (However, there was a phenomenon where the screen went dark very occasionally, but when I unplugged and plugged in the cable, it brightened again) When I checked with the power measuring cable, in glass mode Typically consumes less than 10W of power. When charging the battery cradle, it only charges at a rate of 30W. It is misleading to say that 30W power is required in actual use.
