  1. We are still getting drop outs of VBS on PC version 1.15.11c and focus3 streaming app version 1.1.21.32 This is now after a full busy weekend of testing. I think we need to revert the focus3 app itself back to an earlier version from 1.1.21.32 to earlier This is now affecting my arcade business. Customers are mostly understanding but some aren't so.
  2. We can confirm that VBS on the PC version 1.15.11c (Backup) as per pinned post works fine with streaming app on the Focus3 1.1.21.32 seems to work fine. We have been closed as we went to Japan on the 8th and now home so the arcade is busy this weekend and will report back. When we reverted the PC app to 1.15.11.c we didnt have time to revert the headset back so we just ran with it and seemed to work fine. Has this actual issue been resolved yet? Cheers Darron
  3. We had a work event on so it was a mad rush. We reverted back the PC stream software but DID NOT revert back to an older versions of the HMD stream app and so far with multiple groups of 8 arvi escape rooms works flawless. Thank you Not sure if we should revert back the HMD stream software or leave as is?
  4. We are having the same issue There is a pinned post with a code on one of the forums to (im guessing) download the prior stable version of the PC streaming app. Im noting some other users/arcades are reporting the same issues.

  6. Hi, Darron from Virtual World, Australia. We are getting similar issues with the VBS crashing or just dropping out and customers back to the home screen. This is across all 8 xfocus3, a mix of diff PC specs, different types of games and escape rooms and different wifi routers so there is no common denominator. This has only started to occur since the latest update and is causing havoc in our arcade on a daily basis. One only silver lining is the arcade is closed today until the 18th of October as i will be in Japan on holidays. Im sincerely hoping this issue with be resolved by then. To use the pinned code to revert to the prior stable version, do we insert code in the VBS app on the pc under settings/advanced/beta ???
