Ticket number of what from where?

Aye I have heard what it should do. But it hasn't for me and I can't get any response from htc from any way I've tried to contact them.

Agreed, they should, as I've read a lot. But they aren't there. Trying to figure out how to resolve this.

I've not been able to find a thing about this other than "they will show up in your account". I'm an early preorder user and as far as I'm aware was supposed to get a set of games for preordering. I can't find any way of claiming this. Any assistance?
