The battery cradle does not appear to charge anymore. There is no red light on the cradle when plugged into USB-C PD. I made sure to provide a 100 W supply. The same supply does charge both controllers, which show a red light when the same USB-C cable and port from the supply is plugged into each. The headset also powers directly from the USB-C supply and does not appear to have an issue. Only the battery cradle does not accept power and is out of charge. bdh
